You may see an effect within 7 days but you need to try each thing for a few weeks before deciding. The acne may temporarily get worse after 3 to 7 days as your skin cleanses itself at first and then if it is working for you it will clear up again.

I use ice regularly and it significantly reduces the length of existence of lesions for me. I also use glycolic acid. The combo keeps me clear. I’ve slacked off with my routine in the last few months so now I have two spots.
